BrightLocal Citations: Worth the 6-7 Week Wait?

Anyone use Bright Local for citations ? Just wondering why their service takes so long. 6 - 7 weeks and I only purchased 10. I'm use to getting 100 in a week and a half.

They are built manually. No automation like yext. It’s worth the wait imo

Are citations really worth it?

Don't ever try to get a refund because they won't, even if they didn't begin work. What good is credit when they are garbage? it's not...

Because they are garbage... Wait until they use the wrong name or wrong info after waiting all that time.

Used it but we are not doing it as we find they used incorrect information in some citations.

We build manual citations by ourselves. Only to those sites that we find thoroughly competitor analysis.

I’d cancel bright local and use advice local instead.
