Help! My Website Content and Design Were Copied!

My website has been completely copied – both the design and content – by someone who purchased an old site. It looks like they're using this to try to outrank my site, and I’ve already noticed that some of my articles have been outranked. What should I do about this? I’d really app

I have the same issue years ago. Reported and their domain was deindexed
