How to get backlinks as a beginner?

Been cracking my head trying to reach out to webmasters for backlinks. I have nothing to offer them as I am still learning.

How did you get over this hurdle as a beginner? What would you do differently now?

First you have to build a site that is worthy of being linked to. You're putting the cart in front of the horse. You started a "practice website" and you want to know how you can immediately get backlinks to something that isn't of any value yet. No reputable website would link to your practice website. The only sites that would link to you at this time would be low authority websites which are links you shouldn't be trying to acquire. First, build some valuable content on your site and then if you're doing it right, others will naturally link to your site. Unnaturally linking, link exchanges, paid links etc will not increase your knowledge of how to build a long-term, successful website that others look to for information.

approach the actual stakeholders, instead - and DO have a great proposition. Just saying 'I have nothing to offer' is lazy. Don't expect anything from lazyness. Figure out something that represents value in their mind. If you don't know, ask them. They will tell you. If you don't have that, acquire it. This is how you'll in the beginning at least learn, and then also achieve your goals.

Don't offer them at start just ask for a Price and then Negotiate with them on Price, you can get 50% cut as well but it depends on your communication and dealing skill plus the worth of that site.

So Outreach them, negotiate and make lists of Acquired Deals and Then offer your services to others. If you don't have Budget for your websites for now , you can offer services to others and get for yourself later.
