How to increase SemRush Authority Score above 40
One of my clients wants to increase his SemRush Authority Score. His site already has 40, and he wants to increase it further. I am making high-DA backlinks, internal linking, and posting high-quality content, too. What should I focus more on?
Why focus on that metric? It's not something made by Google... just a metric SemRush developed
you could also explain to your client that the focus should not primarily be on a Semrush score. It would show your expertise on the matter. After that it remains the clients choice of course, but at least you told him your vision 
Not worth it. Focus on the real metrics.
Tell your client that metric doesn’t mean anything 
Having a high DA on semrush doesn't necessarily mean more traffic, pointless metric for seo.
Google gives 0 fcks about a metric it doesn't use. Targeting a tool's metric that only SEO people might care about but not take seriously is wasting your clients time.
